Club Facilities
Hiring Procedures & Information
Helensburgh Thistle Soccer Club is pleased to offer a range of facilities for our local schools and sporting clubs to use at Rex Jackson Oval for any upcoming events where you have already booked the fields through Wollongong Council.
To secure these facilities, we kindly ask that you complete the attached form and submit it to us at least one month prior to your event (or as agreed with the Club Executive).

Once we have received your completed form, our Treasurer will send you an invoice for the bond amount and fee, which is to be paid at least one week prior to the event.
